    • At least 3 photos from different angles demonstrating the damaged or non-working condition of the item.
  • Assessment: Once we receive your video or photos, our team will assess the damage. If the item is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing issues or damaged during shipping, we will arrange for a return, refund, or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Resolution: We will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, whether that means sending a replacement item or processing a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
