Vietnamese Iced Coffee Recipe
A refreshing iced drink made with strong coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut milk.

- 16 g Ground coffee (Dark roast Robusta)
- 3 tsp Sweetened condensed milk
- 75 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- 150 ml Hot water
- Ice
Put the condensed milk and coconut milk into your cup.
Optionally add some fresh coconut meat and ice, blend everything together for a slushy texture, and place it into the freezer
Brew your coffee preferably with a Vietnamese phin filter right onto the milk mixture. If you made the slushy version, brew the coffee intro a separate cup, and pour it onto the slushy once it cools a bit.
Serve and enjoy.
