Vietnamese Iced Coffee Recipe

A refreshing iced drink made with strong coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 g Ground coffee (Dark roast Robusta)
  • 3 tsp Sweetened condensed milk
  • 75 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 150 ml Hot water
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Put the condensed milk and coconut milk into your cup.
  • Optionally add some fresh coconut meat and ice, blend everything together for a slushy texture, and place it into the freezer
  • Brew your coffee preferably with a Vietnamese phin filter right onto the milk mixture. If you made the slushy version, brew the coffee intro a separate cup, and pour it onto the slushy once it cools a bit.
  • Serve and enjoy.

  • Strong coffee blends best with condensed milk and coconut milk.
