Mocha Latte Recipe
This tasty combo of coffee and chocolate is one for the books.

Mocha sauce
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 15 ml Hot water
Mocha coffee
- 16 g Ground coffee (Dark roast)
- 120 ml Whole milk
The mocha sauce (aka chocolate syrup)
In a sauce pan over low flame, mix the hot water, cocoa powder, and sugar until it achieves a paste-like consistency.
Mocha latte
Pull a double espresso shot from the 16g of ground coffee.
Stir the espresso and chocolate syrup to blend.
Steam the milk in the milk pitcher, aerating it by keeping the wand just below the milk's surface.
Pour the milk on top of the coffee and chocolate mixture.
Add latte art or whipped cream (optional) and serve.
(Optional) Add whipped cream on top of the milk and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or syrup.
