Remove the carafe and the grounds chamber, and insert the filter
Grind 35 g of coffee.
Add the coffee grounds to the chamber.
Make sure that the water valve is in the off position.
Lift the glass water chamber off the tower.
Fill the globe with 245 ml of room-temperature water (1:7 ratio)
Place the glass globe back into the tower.
Place the carafe assembly beneath the spigot.
Turn the spigot valve slowly.
Allow the coffee to drip slowly over 8-12 hours, checking on the drip rate periodically.
