Ingredients
  

  • 35 g Coffee
  • 245 ml room-temperature and filtered water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Remove the carafe and the grounds chamber, and insert the filter
  • Grind 35 g of coffee.
  • Add the coffee grounds to the chamber.
  • Make sure that the water valve is in the off position.
  • Lift the glass water chamber off the tower.
  • Fill the globe with 245 ml of room-temperature water (1:7 ratio)
  • Place the glass globe back into the tower.
  • Place the carafe assembly beneath the spigot.
  • Turn the spigot valve slowly.
  • Allow the coffee to drip slowly over 8-12 hours, checking on the drip rate periodically.

  • Use a 1:7 coffee-to-water ratio, and dilute later if you need to.
  • Kyoto-style brewing really brings out the flavors of light and medium roast beans.
