A rich and creamy espresso-based drink made with equal parts espresso and equal parts half and half milk instead of whole milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 18 g Ground coffee
  • 60 ml Half and half milk

Instructions
 

  • Pour hot water into your cappuccino cup to preheat it.
  • Grind and tamp 18 grams of coffee into the portafilter.
  • Empty your cup, and pull a double shot of espresso into it.
  • Steam half-and-half milk until it reaches a smooth, creamy texture with some foam on top.
  • Pour the steamed milk into the espresso.
  • Serve while hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Sprinkle cocoa powder on top to add more flavor to the drink.
  • Remember that half and half has higher calorie and fat content compared to whole milk.
