Breve Coffee Recipe
A rich and creamy espresso-based drink made with equal parts espresso and equal parts half and half milk instead of whole milk.

- 18 g Ground coffee
- 60 ml Half and half milk
Pour hot water into your cappuccino cup to preheat it.
Grind and tamp 18 grams of coffee into the portafilter.
Empty your cup, and pull a double shot of espresso into it.
Steam half-and-half milk until it reaches a smooth, creamy texture with some foam on top.
Pour the steamed milk into the espresso.
Serve while hot and enjoy.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder on top to add more flavor to the drink.
