Ingredients
  

  • 18 g Ground coffee (Dark roast)
  • 60 ml Whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Add and tamp 18 grams of ground coffee into the portafilter.
  • Pull two espresso shots into 2 separate mugs (or a single double shot if you prefer).
  • Make warm frothed milk with a whisk or a steam wand.
  • Add a dollop of milk froth for a traditional macchiato, or a bit of steamed milk as well for the modern version.
  • Serve and consume immediately while fresh.
