A coffee cocktail that combines strong coffee and Licor 43.

- 30 ml Espresso
- 45 ml Licor 43
- Ice
- Coffee beans for garnish (optional)
Pull a shot of espresso.
In a mixing glass, combine ice, espresso, and Licor 43.
Shake the mixer well for about 15 seconds.
Add ice into a separate glass.
Using a strainer, filter the mixture and pour it into the glass.
Add coffee beans on top of the foam (optional), serve, and enjoy.
- You can use any strong coffee if you don't have an espresso machine.
- Try adding sweeteners such as brown sugar, honey, and condensed milk to your Carajillo for a sweeter drink.
